My AC went out last night. I decided to contact them because there was no service fee to check to see what was wrong. The tech arrived promptly the next morning and quickly found the issue. He let me know how much a replacement part and labor would cost. All within a reasonable amount. He explained the process to me and finished the repair in a timely manner. Thank you for saving my boys and I from another uncomfortable Texas night without AC!

When our AC went out they were very quick to respond and send a technician our way. After checking everything and confirming what was wrong, they provided recommendation for both the most optimal option and a cheaper fix and explained pros and cons of both.
The following day the issue was fixed and I feel they went above and beyond. Highly recommend them

We had more than one issue that caused our AC to fail. Enerfficient Solutions managed to diagnose a complicated Carrier System Fault and provided two trips out in the same day by design. First trip was to diagnose and allow a new circuit to be installed. then they returned and overcame another issue that surfaced. They are licensed and very knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

Jose did a great job replacing a automatic 14" round damper in a timely fashion. He was cordial and courteous and explained how everything worked. Enerfficient Solutions was also willing to replace the part that I personally purchased that saved me overall money on the job.

Quick response, got an appointment just a few hours later, and was able to get the repairs done same day. A great overall experience.
