Central City Air

These guys are amazing. I had a system installed by them over 10 years ago and have used them for regular service ever since. Their office staff is so polite and they do everything they can to make sure I am taken care of every step of the way. The technicians that work there are very patient with all of my questions and really seem to care. I always get the same person out to my home, which makes me feel more comfortable as I know who is going to be there and have a relationship with them where they remember me and my system. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

We have used CCA for over 10 years. We had our builder grade HVAC replaced only 5 years from move in. Yearly service since then. Technicians are professional and thorough. They show you what needs to be replaced (usually the capacitor) and why. The few times we needed service before yearly inspection, Linda made sure to get someone out ASAP. You can choose the rest, but we’ll stick with the best!

Santiago and Sam were very professional and knowledgeable about how to correct the ac outages due to power interruptions we have been experiencing. they also recommended replacement of the circuit breakers next to the outside unit with a disconnect box. Finally Sam did a check of the heating system to ensure that we will be safe this winter. i also want to thank Linda the dispatcher because she found techs that could come out within a few hours of my call and also she also helped us with billing. our hearts go out to everyone at central city air for satisfying our need and really help out with the billing. Jose arrived shortly after call from office advising me he was on his way. He checked out both outdoor and indoor units and advised that they are good to go and should get me through the summer. As the outside condenser is nearing 20 years of age, that was good news.

Technician had a busy day and ran late. I was notified early about the late problem and was notified again when technician was on his way. He was able to complete the inspection and gave my system a clean bill of health for the coming summer months.

Central City Air has designed, installed, and maintained our residential system since 1995. They have a superior design team that understands what a system needs to do to keep you comfortable in this Texas gulf coast climate. Also, our energy bills are less in 2020 than they were before 1995. Get to know the team. They will keep you comfortable.
