Central City Air is of the highest quality. Their employees are long-tenured and easy to work with. They are very responsive when there are a/c issues including clearing out drains and checking power sufficiency when the unit stops. Turns out it was a CenterPoint problem that CCA diagnosed so we were able to pursue the correct solution.

Jose gave us very good service as usual. One unexpected item is the service charge by minute. I have not had that before. For routine AC check over years, I only paid trip charge.

I have used many HVAC companies in the past, but Central City Air seems to be the best. The downside is that they charge $90 trip charge. To service our 2 units was $85 plus $90 trip charge for $175 total. I have never had anyone charge a trip charge when they do the work.
