Wonderful company! Appointments are very quickly scheduled, and everyone is incredibly nice. Great experience each and every time I have needed their services.

I called this outfit to get their service call rates. From the onset of the call the phone personalty was immediately combative and challenging to understand, I asked if they were insured and bonded. The operator hung up on me. I called back, got the same phone person, Wanda, asked to speak to the manager. Wanda assured me that she is the manager. I asked if they worked on residential ac units: combo ac run on electrical and heat, run on gas. She said no. I described the unit in a bit more detail as they are rather common, she changed her stance and said they did and rattled off their rates. If the manager hardly knows the industry, I would not wish a contractor/tech potentially lacking knowledge to try. I got a bad feeling about sub-par mediocrity and potential ripoff. Their rates were higher then others anyways.

Always professional, on/time, (Always call when on their way) polite and very knowledgeable techs with many years at “Central City Air“. And Linda in Service is terrific!!!
