Central City Air

We've used Central City Air for many years, and have been happy with their work and their customer service. On Wednesday night, our AC stopped working. I called the next morning (July 4th) and left a message. I got a call back Friday morning early. The technician came to our home that afternoon, told us we would need a new unit. It would be installed the following Monday. In the meantime, it's sweltering and miserable. The owner called me Friday afternoon, and drove out to our home to bring us some portable AC units. What a difference! We are cool and comfortable while we wait for our new unit to be installed. This is outstanding customer service! We definitely recommend Central City Air to our friends and neighbors.

We have been customers of Central City Air for the last 17 years. They installed the original AC and Furnace system for the previous owners of our home twenty five years ago. We replaced the AC system five years ago with equipment from Central City and they have been servicing both our cooling and heating systems faithfully for us since 2003. Central City Air replaced my A/C Coil, Condenser, Thermostat and added a zippered Hood to my attic ladder. My A/C broke down 2 weeks ago and they came the same day and implemented repairs that fixed the problems until the coil blew a major leak the following Tuesday afternoon. They came back that Tuesday accessed the damage and recommended their engineers make some proposals for replacing the coil. Wednesday they arrived to install two temporary portable A/C units, Free of charge, to help tide me over until I could approve 1 of the proposed solutions and they could get the equipment ordered for installation on Thursday.

They worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to expedite the financing and the repairs. Their team were professional, courteous, compassionate and quick. With 95-97 degree heat, they were literally life savers with their efforts. Everyone involved demonstrated they cared, from the dispatcher, the repairman, the installers, the finance department, and even the owner of the company treated me like I was part of their family with the concern they demonstrated for getting this emergency resolved.

I can't say enough about their customer service and the care I was given all along this process. I give Central City Air my Highest Recommendation and Endorsement...;-)

Since buying my 1938 cottage in 1997, Central City Air has been my exclusive provider of HVAC service. In each of the very few times that I have called them, their personnel always have been friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and very effective in resolving any situation in a timely and affordable manner.

Been using Central City Air for my AC needs for a number of years now. They are excellent. Quick response times and always extremely professional. If you need extensive AC work done, I recommend giving them a call for that as well.

I came home last Friday after being gone for 4 days to find my air conditioner not working. It felt like 106* that day. I called Central City Air and was told they could send someone out that day. First, I was happy to hear a voice I recognized; and second, it was better news than I expected to get. Central City Air did what they said they would by sending someone out that evening. The person had been at my house before and fixed my problem quickly. They also did the job for a very reasonable price.
