This company installed all the AC components in my house when it was built in 2005. I called them to report the capacitor went out and the vents in the attic are creating a lot of condensation which is leaking into the sheetrock which is causing mold. I have 4 spots on my sheetrock. A technician came out 2 days later and said there was 1 vent that is laying on the sheetrock with nothing in between which is causing the condensation there. The mold by a bathroom vent is being caused by a gap between the vent and the sheetrock. He said that was not the way the vent should be installed. He said that it needed to be rerun so the vent would hang in the attic like all the others. He said he would call his supervisor and they would send another technician the next day and I would be contacted in the morning with the time. I did not get a call the next morning so I called in. I was told by Crystal to call back in an hour to check if I haven't heard anything. I did not hear anything so I called back again at 9:45a. I was then told he would call soon. The technician finally called at 11:19a He said he was too busy this morning to call that he cannot come today it would have to be tomorrow,. He said the mold by the bathroom vent is not his issue. He is an ac guy and has nothing to do with the sheetrock. I said your guy yesterday said that it just needs to be sealed. He said I will look at it but more than likely not his problem. I said I can get up there and put some caulk no big deal. He said that the ticket mentions nothing of mold. I said that it what I had called in for and that is what the technician came for the day before. This guy was extremely rude, was argumentative so I told him to have the supervisor call. I then called the office to report it. I asked to speak to Crystal which was the lady I had already spoke to this morning. Liz said she is with other customers so I told Liz that I was going to tell her everything that has happened since the initial call. She said she does not have time for that she has other customers to talk to. She said if I don't like that then I can call a different company. I then asked her for the supervisor to call which is Mark. I haven't heard from him as of yet but I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company.

Long and short of it. They told me they would refund the $75 service fee, and they didn't. Can't do business with people who don't live up to their word. A.J. the technician, Jennifer in accounting, and the owner lost my business today over $35 bucks (they refunded $40). Won't recommend or use them anymore. I'm a loyal customer and I pay my bills. Someone will want my kind of business, but it's obviously not them!

I called to have someone come and fix AC it was not working. A man named Adam M came and said it was a blown fuse fixed he called me over phone told me he was done. I asked him if that was it he said yes nothing else he needed to do. My wife was home and when he walked outside she called me and said it was not working. I called him immediately and asked him to come back in. That is when he got very rude with my wife trying to make her feel as if she was dumb rolling his eyes everytime she would tell him her concern of the AC not working. He insisted it was working. He left took our $75 service charge. When I got home AC did not work. I called and complained and they said they could not send anyone back that day. We had to wait an entire week before we could get someone out because there was no-one to receive Tech. When they did come back even though I had specificly asked them not to send Adam again he shows up. I told him what had happened he turns around and says why did you wait so long to call back. I then asked him What is you problem. First your rude with my wife now your being rude with me. He says I got to get out of here. Picks up his stuff and walks out the door. I call his company they instead of trying to resolve the matter they say we are going to give you your money back and you can find someone else to fix your AC. Left my family in 90 degree weather. WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE RIP OFF and RUDE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!

Two different men have come out after waiting 10 days and between the both of them 3 different parts are undetermined as to which is actually the problem...meanwhile we've been staying elsewhere as it is in the 80's in our home! Just because our unit is still under warranty should not place our issue any less important! We literally cannot get any call backs or help from these people! I am more than angry!

Alpine Air installed our A/C in our brand new house in 2016. Recently come to find out that it was wired backwards and outdoor fan was spinning the wrong way resulting in higher electric bills and potentially damaging the motor and capacitor as well as not cooling efficiently. Thanks for nothing.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS.!!!! .DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY IN THIS COMPANY. THEY DON’ T FINISHED THE JOB AND THEY DIDN’T FOLLOWED UP. NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
