Air Expert

I got the name of this company from Carrier as a certified factory trained company. The previous company we used were not and had not told me that they had been decertified. So far, I am impressed with their honesty. Whereas the previous company came and replaced parts and coils under warranty after their “maintenance “, this company inspected our system and said it was fine. Honesty in hvac is a rarity in my experience. I highly recommend anyone in Houston to call Air Expert based on my experience so far.

This company was recently recommended to me by a colleague of mine and i was extremely happy with their work . One of my A/C units was not functioning properly and so after the initial diagnosis it was determined that the unit and coil needed to be replaced .
Their technicians were very respectful , knowledgeable , professional , completed the work in a timely manor and kept the work area very clean . In addition their rates were competitive for the high quality of work performed . Kathy did a great job scheduling and working with us to ensure everything went smoothly throughout the process .

Based on my positive experience I would recommend this company for A/C and heating needs....hopefully you to will have the same positive experience

I have called them for an air duct cleaning, there was a bad smell from my AC. I must say they service was fast and clean, they came with some equipment and finish the job in 20 minutes. I am very happy with the service and as per their advice I will call them next year for another visit (won't wait for the funny smell)
