I was given an invoice with set pricing and when I agreed to two of the services they scheduled my work, then called back a couple of hours later and said they had to increase the price by $100 even though I had a set bid of the lower amount. I refused to pay the rate hike. I would not use this company because they do not keep their word even when it is in writing. They clearly cannot be trusted.

Our technician showed up right on schedule. He was efficient and knowledgeable. These are the first guys I call for any HVAC work and I feel comfortable recommending them to my friends and family!

After he was done working on the generator, he took the time to explain to me what to do to different situations. I was very grateful. The folks at George Cunningham worked extensively with me on upfront airflow analysis, and to make sure that I was getting what I wanted, with the right cost balance. They were extremely courteous and conscientious, working with us to make sure that we were completely happy with the system. In my case, the monthly power bill dropped almost 50% with the new system (nine months running). They also made sure we got the available energy rebates from our power company. I would highly recommend this company.

George Cunningham came to our home on the same day we called him, actually within 30 minutes. Excellent service. They were very polite, accommodating, professional and did a great job.

My AC messed up called George Cunningham the receptionist was very nice and explained very thing really well. She was super patient with all my questions. The tech got to my house right away he to was very nice and worked fast.. Then bammm problem solved!! I would definitely continue my business with them. I highly recommend them.
