The Company employees who have worked on my systems appear to be well trained and are very courteous. - Each call has been completed professionally. The owner has NOT returned my three calls! The accounting department is another story… It appears there are internal communication issues… I have been a customer for several years and to this day am still waiting for open account billing… The company has NOT met my needs and fell drastically short when I rebuilt my home… Instead of focusing on building the company, and balancing it’s internals, the owner has put more money in his pocket…. What does that tell you? - BTW, this feedback has been verified by several of the onsite technicians… Who are very competent and value their position… Growing pains with a company whose owner has NOT been there… should rather, hire someone who has already been where the current owner wants to go…

George Cunningham's Field Techs Domenic Reyna and Pedro Mendieta arrived at designated time. They were both polite, meticulous in their work and aware of their surroundings, always being careful. Safety in mind they did a great job of installing a whole new A/C system inside and outside my home. Should anyone be fortunate to get this two tech's, they work great together. They reflect and shine a great light on the company they work for.

Their crew blew in 10 inches of insulation in our attic. They worked fast and did a great job even though it was hot. Alex helped us with our quotes and questions and was very helpful. The whole experience was really good. Highly recommended !

I wish I could give a five star review but unfortunately I can't. George Cunningham was my contractor through Lowe's to install a whole house Generac generator. When the generator was set on the concrete base they forgot to install one of the three mounting bolts, now I have a crack in the base that looks like it is coming from the location of the bolts they did install and I'm thinking it might be a stress crack since all three bolts were not installed before it was started up. When the gas line to the generator was installed the pipe was installed at an angle as it comes out of the back of the generator and now there is a gap between the pipe and the rubber grommet which will allow bugs and geckos to enter the generator. I have been trying to get them to come back and straighten this pipe out but so far after three or four days I have had no luck. I also had to spend a week sitting at home every day waiting for technicians to come because there were no appointments made, they would just show up whenever. George Cunningham has a good reputation in this area so I was really hoping for an excellent job but I am a bit disappointed.

Update 3/31/2021... after my original review I was contacted by Mr. Salazar at George Cunningham, he paid a visit to me a couple of days later to discuss my concerns. Since that meeting his crew has been out here twice and satisfactorily taking care of every concern I had concerning my generator install. His people are very professional and friendly and I am 100% satisfied now with their service and their customer service. I can now gladly give them a 5-star review.
