Definitely a pro company. Our business HVAC died at 1 AM. They were out by 2 AM and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Our tech Robert explained everything in detail, I would look no further should you require a service company.

Great customer service! Bryan and Nathan were great salesman, very knowledgeable. Keith the tech was neat and methodological and took the time to get it right and explain everything. Definitely reccomend their services.

These guys are the best. . So responsive and responsible. Both technicians were skilled and informative and did magicians work repairing our condenser until the new one could be installed. Great company. .will be my go-to for sure!

Our AC unit needed attention and we called the George Cunningham company. I was told that Danny Garcia was on his way. He was prompt and quickly diagnosed our problem. It was fixed and he was on his way. He was very professional and personable. I would recommend the George Cunningham company!

Used this company to install new furnace. They sent a rep to measure opening and to determine what options I had. They wrote an estimate on what would work for me. I approved the estimate for a Coleman furnace. They installed the furnace on scheduled time. When they tested it. It did not work. The tech called Coleman on what could be wrong, they told him it needed a special flue pipe. He ordered the pipe and scheduled a time to install it. When that time came no body showed up, so I called them. They told me the pipe didn't show up. The next they rescheduled the install. When that day no one showed up. I called them again and they told me they would track it down. At 11AM they called me back and found it in a warehouse in Harlingen. Since we have been without heat for several days and the nights are in the 30's I told them ASAP. They did a wonderful job in setting up the install that same day for 3PM. After installing flue pipe the furnace works GREAT! They cleaned up the roof and furnace area before they left.

I have called on George Cunningham several times for my A/C repairs. Each time they have very professional and efficient. The are transparent and honest. They have always arrived and repaired the same day I called about an issue. I will continue to ask for their services when I need. They have also started a maintenance plan program that seems to be fair prices and beneficial to keep you comfortable and worry free in the south Texas heat.

I only write reviews if I had a very good or very bad experience. I am writing because I had a very good experience with this company. They came out the same day, they diagnosed and fixed the problem with very reasonable cost and time. Very professional technicians and office staff. Accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Update:We had some more trouble with our AC unit. I called on the weekend and was able to talk with someone. They came out and installed a new AC unit on the weekend! We were so grateful! The technicians were nice, knowledgable, professional and so accommodating. I continue to have a good experience with George Cunningham and all the people that work there. Would highly recommend this business!

Emergency Saturday call as AC outdoor unit wasn’t running. We thought it was the capacitor do to the numerous brownouts . Service felt like a SALES call not a service call. He should have known that the unit could have gotten too hot and shut off until it cooled down due to the brown outs. It was working when he left( came back on on it’s own)Two other companies have said this is normal during multiple brownouts.

Serviceman was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. He traveled 45 min to destination after we had called other surrounding companies who refused to go because they didn't service RVs or it was after hours or out of their service area. He assessed the problem and only charged the service fee since he was unable to fix immediately being that it was a bigger part needing repair. He was thorough and took the time to explain the issue.

George Cunningham Company and specially worker Nathan Salazar provided excellent customer service, great communication and someone who genuinely cares about their customers needs.
