Recently replaced our main sanctuary heating/cooling system in our worship facility. Very professional. Explained the entire process of the install in advance of carrying it out.
Also, they perform our regular maintenance and inspections for all of our facility comfort systems. Always helpful, efficient, and professional in their service. Great company and people to deal with.

I called yesterday afternoon to request service on my Generac. I was surprised to hear that someone would be able to check my unit out the very next day. I received a text message informing me that they were on the way and a phone call from the technician. The technician, Lino introduced himself and I showed him to the Generac. He asked me questions and proceeded to get tools to begin his service. We both suspected the battery. Within a few minutes he had removed my battery installed his and determined that it was not the battery, instead it was a fuse. He did not carry the fuse, but was going to source it and advise me later today when they have located the replacement.

Lino was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and advised me through the entire process of what to expect.

I am so impressed with the service I received and will utilize your company on any of my ac and electrical needs going forward. I will also recommend your Company to my friends and neighbors.

Standby generator Generac was installed with very little help from Cunningham.
Complete installation took total of 7 months with Texas Gas who was hands down the worst company I have ever worked with.
George Maxwell saved the day, he started the initial start up.He really was a big help!!

Wow! They offer 24hr service for a fee, which was a lifesaver for us since our A/C began to have issues after 6PM. It was worth the fee, especially due to our schedules. Bobby Linan from George Cunningham Company Inc. was so kind and made the trip to come an see our unit. Within minutes he had our A/C up and running. Highly recommend, if your looking for professional and reputable service.

Five ⭐ service! Tech Dominic Reyna took the time to explain everything that was going on with our unit super nice and knowledgeable with his work. What I was really please with is that they came out for service the same day I made the call. Definitely keeping them for all my future unit maintenance.

We had problems with a new generator that would not start. I called the manufacturer and they gave me several businesses that could help me. I picked George Cunningham and I made a good decision. We scheduled a next day appointment. The technician found the problem very fast. Since it was a new generator, the part was still under warranty. I did not have to do anything. The people at George Cunningham called the manufacturer and order the part. As soon as it arrived they scheduled a day to install it. Their hourly rate is comparable to other businesses within the same trade.

You’re employee Robert, kept us updated when on route, correct the problem that the company who installed new unit used old parts. We will be keeping your company as ours for the future.

Very fast and professional. They did a great job.

My original appointment was great. They had shown up within 24 hours of request, which was awesome. There was a $75 response fee, in which I was told, after a 20 minute visit that my air conditioning unit was in need of repair. I was told I would receive a quote promptly. 2 weeks later and at least 4 calls to the office to get a follow up - I still have yet to receive a quote or any type of follow up. This unit also serves as my heat source, so it's been a frustrating wait. I have been promised a quote "before the end of the day" twice now, and a call back before 5 once, all of which have been missed.

Great service, very friendly and professional. They cleaned our heating and ac systems as well as cleaning AND sanitizing our duct work. I was shocked with the difference. The sales and tech folks provided us with before and after pictures.

I really liked the fact that they carefkully cleaned each register and duct while masking off all the others. This really guaranteed none of the gunk they where cleaning escaped into our home. All this and they finished in just a few hours.

They are NOT cheap, bit we felt it was well worth the price.
