My husband was very impressed with Hunter’s professionalism and sharing his knowledge with him. We have NEVER had anyone like Hunter service anything in our homes. We recommend him highly. So happy he moved to South Texas and began representing this company.

Technician Baldemar Vega arrived and promptly fixed the dryer on Wednesday. He did a great job.
Prior to sending Mr. Vega however, the company had sent me a text saying someone would arrive Monday between 2 and 5pm. No one showed up. I had already paid in full. At 7:30pm I received another text telling me a technician would be here Tuesday but no one showed up again. On Wednesday, Mr. Vega was sent

Jack Lee was our sales person ,we were very happy and satisfied with his professional and well mannered attitude.He helped us a great deal getting what we needed for our home .I would recommend him to any of our friends and family.

They did an awesome job installing my new ac. Very professionals and punctual. They took the time to explain everything about my new ac including care and tips to save electricity.

I was having an issue with my oven, so I called American AC and Heating, which also does appliance repair. Jeremiah was able to come out within an hour after I called. Everything was resolved quickly and professionally.

The technician was very courteous and efficient. I would recommend this company, based on my experience.

I called to schedule appointment for washer repair, Estevan showed up on time and completed the repair in less than an hour. Estevan fully explained what was wrong with the washer and what he did to fix it. Very satisfied with the service. Will definitely call again.

So I called them out on 8/22/22 because I was having issues with my ducts. A "specialist " came out and advised me that I could bandage the issue or fix it. I told him I did not want to bandage it because it would be more costly in the long run. So upon speaking we agreed on a new system and replacement of the ducts that did not work. So when they come and install seems he did not add the ducts. Since they installed the ac on 8/23/22 we have not had any ac. Mind you I have a newborn 3mths old and a 6yr old. When I called them the next day they assured me if they could not fix it they would provide finances to be put in a hotel room. Another lie. And today they sent another "specialist"who came to the same conclusion the ducts are no good. Plus he came and turned off the ac completely and now my newborn and I are in a trailer with no ac. When I spoke to Chris he said they would come to pick you thier ac and not reinstall on my existing ac? Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIER SERVICE TO ANYONE. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE BUISNESS ETHICS AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They damaged my trailer for nothing!!

Very professional they also let you know by sending you a picture and name of technician.
So you will know who will be servicing your appliance
This makes me feel very safe.

I really recommend this company if you are looking for honest technicias. They were very respectful and answered every question I had.
