Ruben Nieblas from American AC showed up the same day we called them. He was very professional and educated on what HVAC system would work best for our home . We were tired of the previous tired old system we had , we wanted a smart modern system . The very next day our outside and inside units were installed and the very next work day all the ducts were replaced. It was very easy to schedule an appt for a quote and get the best product for my home. I signed the papers for a new a/c and the next day it was delivered and installed. You can’t get better than that.

Luckily for us we had a minor thermostat issue that we were able to Southern Engineer until it was replaced so we were not in dire straits. The people from American AC were GREAT!! From Customer Service to the Technicians that came to do the replacement. They were all so nice!

Ronnie returned all my calls and texts promptly. He never ever rushed me, he always listened to me and then did whatever he needed to do to satisfy me.

I was afraid that i was going to pay a lot of money but Pedro was so nice and explained my options and I was very happy with everything they did and for the price as well. I also asked questions about more things and he answered all my questions. They were very friendly and professional as well as on timing i didn't have to wait long for them to respond and to get here either. I was offered to have someone come and tune up our A/C. To be honest, our previous A/C service haven't been good so I was very pleased with Ronnie. He was punctual and did a very through job detailing what was wrong. I will definitely call back once I am ready to get all fixed. Thank you fornthe great service!

Baldemar did an excellent job he introduced himself professionally very polite courteous and respectful and he showed up when he said he would. The response time from my call/request was very short. Within 15 minutes they were at my home. He quickly addressed diagnosed and evaluated my problem( which was with my refrigerator). He then explained repairs needed and the options available. Very knowledgeable he is! He was very helpful and I would recommend these guys for any future repairs that I may need or anyone for that matter with all appliances!
