Our fridge stopped cooling and they came in to fix the issue and let us know it would need new gaskets and a part for our ice maker. After that was fixed the fridge still wasn't cooling but the freezer was freezing over. They found the root of the issue and fixed it. They were professional and came out each time when they were scheduled. It took some time due to parts being shipped, which is expected. I appreciate the knowledge our repair man had and his patience to come more than once for our fridge. He even called to see if he could come early for our last repair because he was in the area. Which was perfect allowing me to free up my afternoon with the assurance of knowing our fridge was fixed.
