Washburn Air

Very courteous and timely on both occasions they had to come out and repair my HVAC system. They replaced a capacitor and then had to eventually replace the controller unit. All was well until I noticed that I was no longer able to run my fan independently of the unit running in AC or heat.
I communicated with the dispatcher and she said the fan could not run by itself because of the new control unit and we'd need to install a relay to run the fan by solo. I was able to correct the wiring of the control unit myself after downloading the instructions. I am not sure where the misinformation came from but it was disheartening after seeing all of their great reviews.

I needed multiple odd jobs done around the house, as a single woman I am careful who I use. Great AC/ Heating and also wonderful doing these odd jobs, staying and coming back to ensure the jobs were complete and to my satisfactio. Patrick and Chris were especially helpful and treated my house like their own. Dog friendly being careful my dog didn't get out of the front door while they came in and out. Highly Recommend, 5 stars all the way.

We just had a great experience with Washburn Air. They were extremely professional, on time and very friendly. They used shoe covers which was very considerate.
We used a different service company for years and only now did we find out that we were low on coolant. Altogether it was a great experience and we can highly recommend Washburn Air to anyone.

I own a business with 3 locations, and over the years have had many companies service and do repairs to the HVAC units. This is the first company I have found that is reliable, honest, reasonable and professional. They deserve way more than 5 stars!

Tom showed up on time and masked. He repaired drain line with P-Trap and T. Helped me to get it ready to pass Inspection when house sells. He also showed me "Auto" setting on the thermostate to help with lowering my bill. I appreciated that he took his time to show me exactly what he repaired. I highly recommend Washburn Air.

Jason is one of the most honest, knowledgeable and reasonable people I’ve ever came across in the service trades industry. I will definitely use him and his company every time I have a HVAC need. I’ll send everyone I know his way when they have any HVAC issue. Top notch!

Washburn Heating & A/C is a top-notch company. In October of 2018, Joe and his team installed a new a/c-furnace system for our home. They did a great job, were quick and efficient. Washburn has been servicing our system for many years and have always been very prompt in responding to our requests for service and have been up-front and honest about our system needs and costs. I highly recommend Washburn Heating and A/C.

The tch came fast and gave my system a little kick to help improve the a/c until management give further notice unfortunately I may have to wait a few months to get new one entirely but Washburn air came through

The previous owner of our house referred us to Washburn Heating and A/C in 2000, and we’ve exclusively called upon Joe ever since. He’s quick to respond to phone calls/emails for service and arrives on time. Most recently, he took care of a warranty claim on a thermostat and promptly replaced it - no charge or hassles.

We have been using Washburn for 10 years in 2 different houses. The first house had a very old unit and these guys helped us hang onto it well past its life. They always make it out super quick - relative to other places we have called. They are honest and upstanding. I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommended!
