Shawn was super honest and friendly and went above and beyond to get my a/c system up and running. Michelle was awesome and went out of her way to try and get me same day service. Great overall experience with Washburn.

Tom and Patrick were here on time and with the temperature dropping I very much appreciated their timelyness. I have birds and dogs ....We were All Cold. It had gone out in the middle of the night and it was 30 outside. They were friendly, informative and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you

Arrived on time and while Shawn was inspecting attic unit his partner was cleaning the outside unit w water. Listened to a couple of concerns and checked to allay my fears of a problem that did not exist. Highly recommend them!
