Absolutely a wonderful experience with Nata Ibarra and Milestone Electric. Nata represents Milestone as if it were his own company. He is professional, diligent, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. It was an absolute pleasure having him represent Milestone and care for our home today. Included a photo of the box Nata worked on. Our pool is now up and running again. We have a couple of additional things to look at, under the guidance of Nata. Looking forward to continued business with Milestone and Nata.

A breaker box was upgraded and surge protector added. A breaker for the AC unit to work was not connected. The technician Hien Thai came out and immediately setup a service call within 45 minutes for the electrician to fix the oversight. Very apologetic and polite.

My tech Cody was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem and it was a minor cost. My A/C is running efficiently in this hot summer heat.

Raymond is customer service friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a great experience throughout my experience today!!
