Milestone is the gold standard. Our technician, Tray was on time, super nice, and did awesome quality work. We had the winter checkup, and this young man did an outstanding job.

Did repair work on Mom’s A/C unit. Very polite and friendly young man.

Jon McGee did a GREAT job of getting my new whole house surge protector installed, and installed a generator outlet for back up power in case of outage. He was very safe and courteous and explained everything thoroughly!! Thank you!!

Greeted me , introduced himself, confirmed why he was sent to my home. He asked me to show him where everything was & if he had my permission to proceed with the HVAC maintenance. He told me how long it would take . He cleaned up after the job was completed, explained in detail what was done & asked if I had any questions, which he took the time to answer.
I give 5 stars.
