Robert (from the generator side of things) and Shawn (from A/C) we’re both on-time and extremely professional. They handled all of my questions and provided insight that was both appreciated and thoughtful wrt to my unique circumstances. Highly recommend!

Was charged almost 200$ for someone to come out and tap the pilot light 3 times. Then after getting scammed they call all the time to try to get me to do more services with them. Avoid this company!!

Bryan was great. He was thorough and knew exactly what needed to be done. He finished quickly and explained in detail of each issue. Will use Milestone again and will ask for Bryan.

Blake was knowledgeable and considerate. Kept me informed of his progress. Did all that I asked him to do. He let me know of options I had with work that needs doing. I was totally satisfied with his work.

JB arrived on time and completed the inspection with the City Permit people quickly. Milestone is a great company and I highly recommend them!
