Perry arrived on site. Inspected the a/c system for cause of cooling loss. Fantastic job of explaining the issue and the originating cause, nice video compilation of inspection, options to correct and steps/time table to complete repairs and pricing. No hard sell or pressure: present and decide to move forward or not at this time. Milestone had a crew available same day to take first corrective measure to safely secure attic unit, which was incorrectly, unsafely hung by another company in 2018.

The only reason I'm leaving a 5 star is due to original time estimation. There was an issue for the 1st technician, but still that was the only part not great about our experience. Would highly recommend Zach Williams, he was very thorough in his investigation of our problem. We will be using Milestone again.

Justyn C. came by my house to check on my A/C unit that had fallen from its hanging mechanism in the attic. He was very professional, and knowledgeable about what my situation was. Although he wasn’t the one to fix the issue, he made sure to check every box to make sure the repair crew knew what to expect and to get my A/C unit running again.

Tommy with Milestone was super helpful, positive, and explained everything. He did a great job and would use him again. 4 stars cause they were about 2 hrs late but the company did call and keep me informed

We called Milestone Electric after delays and non-responsiveness from other electricians. Milestone customer service agent Jazmine was very friendly and patient to answer all my questions and adjust my appointment as requested.
Our electrician, Nata, showed up within the scheduled time. After reviewing the job, which consisted of three new recessed ceiling lights, removing/capping a ceiling fan, adding two new outlets and a switch he provided us with an immediate quote. The rate was spot on with other bids we received, but Nata started working as soon as we approved the quote. The best part of our experience was how efficient Nata and his assistant worked by completing our job in 3 hours.
We did not have a single issue with Milestone and were so thankful to move on with our project now the electrical work is complete. As a result, we joined the Advantage program and will be longtime Milestone customers from now on.
They truly do "fix it in a flash!"

AC still not working.I’ve been waiting for 6 months for Milestone to fix my AC. They’ve replaced the coils on inside unit twice and sealed leaks that never were in the system before. House only has one unit working. I paid close to 20k and have had 10 warranty techs out. They’re still not able to fix my AC.
***Update***
AC is now fixed. Very professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated technician, he stuck with finding the problem and resolved the issue.
Milestone needs to work on their quality control. Rolling trucks over and over is not good customer service. It should not have taken 10 technicians over 6 months to find and fix the issue. Also, where is the manager? How after 6 dispatch’s has know one reached out to the customer. Quality control folks!!!

I had some electrical issues after a storm so I called Milestone. Jon McGee came to check things over and fix what needed to be repaired. He was friendly, helpful, and did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend!!

Ventilation repair - Matthew came out to show me how to change my new air filter, and upon entry into the attic he could immediately see that we had a carbon monoxide problem because of a mysterious disconnection in our ventilation. The problem could have eventually cost my family and I our lives. By God's grace and mercy, Matthew cared enough to point out the problem and encouraged my husband and I to get it fixed ASAP. He called Milestone on our behalf and got the ball rolling. Joe and another gentleman showed up on behalf of Milestone to fix the issue in the same day allowing my family and I to have the peace of mind one should have in their own home. Even though Milestone fixed it, I give God all the glory, honor and praise for saving our lives from what could have become carbon monoxide poisoning. No weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
