Scott was great! He responded to a number of concerns from an inspection report and feel very confident about the work he did. He was very friendly and timely. The company’s messaging service (email/text) was awesome and made it easy for me to schedule an appointment with reminders and arrival times. Highly recommend Scott & Arctic Air.

Great service, punctual, and Professional Technicians. My AC stopped cooling the night before, I called in the morning, and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. It was fixed right the first time.

The installation was quick and Tana the technical was helpful and personable! He talked me through the process and helped me connect my new device to Wi-Fi. 10/10 would recommend!!

They not only got right out to diagnose our issue but they were honest and saved us a ton of money by fixing a very small issue when two other companies tried to tell us we needed a whole new system. This should show up as a new review So here goes. Heating part of my heat pump went out on New Years weekend of 2021. I called and got ahold of Scott and Katherine. Answering a call on New Years, now that is not the norm for sure. Scott told me how to turn on the Emergency heat unit and all was well until he came out and fixed my unit. As always, Artic Air has fixed the problem and they both keep on giving great service. Thanks again.

I have been using Artic Air since 2005 when they installed my Heat Pump and Aprilaire filter system. I was going to buy a larger and more expensive unit, but they told me that it was not the correct unit for my house and instead installed a smaller unit that was sized for my house, and saved me money. I appreciate this kind of honesty, and integrity. Brian and Scott have always done excellent work and have taken care of any problem that might arise.done

This is a new review that I wanted to add. Last week I had a question that did not require a service call, and was not an emergency. I called and left a message for Scott at the office, and in no time at all Scott called me back, and gave me the answer to the question. They came when they were supposed to and got it done quick.

Arrived in time and fixed our clogged AC system and added Freon. Went above and beyond to make sure the unit was working correctly
