Arctic Air Company

We have been customers of Arctic Air for over 8 years now. They did the original installation of our system and have done a spring checkup every year to be sure the system is ready for summer. I appreciate their quick response and professional service. We don't use anyone else!

Arctic Air did a fantastic job replacing our old HVAC system with a new two stage system that has the latest requirements. The new thermostat is awesome which connects to your phone. I would recommend Arctic Air for your HVAC needs.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used the company (2nd ac system went down) and I will say they have earned a life long customer. Quick, professional service at an unbelievably great price!

I called and scheduled a appointment for the same day. I received a email confirming the appointment and a few hours later a text message letting me know who the repair person was and he was on his way.
My gas heater was short cycling and turning off during cold weather. He checked the pressure switch, cleaned the flame sensor, checked gas pressure and did a updated maintence on the system. The repairmen Tana answered all my questions and fixed the problem. The repair costs were reasonable and included a 6 month maintenance contract. Very pleased with the company.

The Carrier Company recommended this service, we were very pleased with the prompt skilled professional service and repair of our A/C unit.

Artic Air came to my home on a Saturday very late afternoon emergency call even though I had never used them before. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem with my A/C. By 7:30PM, it was up and running fine and cooled down my house quickly. I very much appreciated their professional response to my problem and it gave me much relief that I didn't have to wait in 90+ heat for days for someone to come out and fix my A/C's sudden problem.

Scott is ethical in his work and truly understands what kind of emergency it is when your AC goes out in the relentless summertime heat! He is hard working and I’m grateful to know I can trust him. Myself, my friends and family have used this company for years without regret!

Tana is amazing! He showed up very quickly this afternoon after my system failed. He not only got the heat pump working again quickly, but thoroughly investigated and tested all components before leaving. Gave me peace of mind on the first freezing night of the season. This company is amazing! AC stopped working yesterday and I called in the afternoon to see if they would be available to take a look. Katherine was very friendly and helpful with booking the appointment next day. Scott arrived ahead of schedule and was able to easily troubleshoot and replace a part that was causing the fan to not work. He also provided some helpful tips to prevent a future issue. I will be using them in the future for yearly servicing and will continue to be a customer. Their overall customer service is outstanding! Thank you!
