    Very happy with my experience. They explained everything in detail, were able to get everything back up and running in a day and even had financing options. Honest, professional and excellent communication throughout the entire process.

    I had 3 quotes for an AC and they came back with the best value with the best equipment. Their quote was detailed and they let me know up front what was included...which was essentially everything but the copper pipes.

    Their service reps were fast, dependable and did everything they said they were going to do. They walked me through the new thermostat and equipment to explain how everything worked...and to be sure to call if I had any other questions.

    I would certainly use them again for my service calls and other HVAC needs in the future.

    Liberty Air and Heat is now my trusted go to company if I have any issues with my heating and AC. They were responsive, prompt, and informative when I had issues at my home. Cheslie and Scott worked with my schedule to get a tech out as soon as possible, which was imparitive with how cold it was when my heater went out. Albert and Elijah (the techs) not only fixed my problem but also explained everything to me in terms that I can understand. Since they did such an amazing job at my house they were my go to when we were having heating issues at my office. I sent an inquiry after hours last night and Elijah was at my office shortly after 8:00am today. If it's 20 degrees or 110 degrees outside LIBERTY is the company to call.

    We had a horrible experience dealing with Liberty Air and Heat recently when our landlord asked them to replace our office’s old AC units with new ones. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They did not act professionally and nor did they follow their industry’s safety standards. Before starting their work, they should have taken sufficient precautions to protect our staff and our office property from the hazards of Fiberglass Insulation particles being released into the air. But they didn’t, and as a direct consequence, some of our staff suffered injury (scratched eyeballs, strong allergic reactions) and needed medical attention. Additionally, some property was damaged.
    Most annoyingly, Liberty Air and Heat refused to accept their negligence. They also refused to properly compensate us for medical costs incurred and for the replacement of the damaged property.
    The test of a sound and reliable service organization is when things sometimes go wrong. Unfortunately, things did go wrong but Liberty Air and Heat came up short. A dependable service organization should always be focused on keeping customers satisfied – but Liberty Air and Heat let us down badly. We will never use them again and also warn others about their unfulfilled promises and unprofessional behavior.
    The final straw is that 5 days later the new ACs are still not cooling properly and the office temperature is 80+. They have just not responded to our several calls for help. We have approached them directly and also through our landlord.
    I wish I could give them a zero star rating - but unfortunately, the lowest rating is 1 star. PLEASE BE WARNED!

    Needed to make sure the heater was working properly. The service tech that came out was Elijah and was very professional and polite. Was always careful not to bring dirt in from outside. I would definitely recommend Liberty Air and heat and especially Elijah!

    Liberty came through for us! Marco is amazing and very nice. We got a great system and great service for an even greater price! If you need AC service these are the folks you need to call! They even came out on a Sunday to get us back up and running! Expedient service and honest prices no gimmicks! Thanks for the service you did for my family!

    This review is long over due. After being without A/C for two months enough was enough. Of course we contacted several companies for free estimates, and concluded we where about to spend 8K-9K for complete heating,and A/C replacement(minus new duct work). A family friend said just give Liberty a shot. "Thank You Jesus!" First Scot set up an appointment with Albert to do an estimate and evaluation. Cheslie sent the estimate,and scheduled the install. Let me forewarn you that after Albert leaves you, you will not hear from him again. No worries because he has left you in GREAT hands.The crew arrived on the day of Dallas worst predicted storm.They got to work. Initially the crew consisted of three. Upon completion a total of six completed the job on time, during a severe thunderstorm, an cleaned up after completion. Cheslie called several times for follow up. Scot, and Albert made subsequent follow up calls too. I am reluctant to say this, but they replaced all my duct work,and still came in 2k cheaper than the lowest price estimate I received!!! Want to ask me questions ? Ask Cheslie to give you my personal phone number (Kerry Walls) then call me. Did I mention they even took the time to program my thermostat to my cell phone? When you provide this caliber of service you don't need fancy commercials just word of mouth.
