Our serviceman was very courteous and professional. He took the initiative to fix a problem with our a/c drainage that was present and persistent for years. He did the work to get it fixed, hopefully for a good long time! We greatly appreciate his initiative and willingness to do this work. We have been pleased with Webb Air for many many years and will continue to use them for our AC needs.

Rafael was fantastic. Receptive to my issues and was quick to come up with a solution. Explained everything in detail and had no issues answering any of my questions. Great service and solid pricing for the work needed.

After our heat pump stopped working and a miserable night spent with no AC in this heat, I called several places trying to find someone who could come out today. I was impressed by the good reviews Webb Air had, and they were able to send Jason out by 3. I appreciated that I got a text/call to let me know when he was heading my way so I didn't have to wait in the hot house for too long.

I was worried that we'd need an entire system replacement, but Jason immediately found the part that wasn't working and was able to get things up and running just by replacing that. He spent a while talking to me about my options if I do decide to replace my unit (25 years old!!) in the future, but at no time did I feel like he was pressuring me at all. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very chill, just a nice guy to sit and chat with. He answered every question I had without ever making me feel dumb for asking (I honestly have no idea how heat pumps work but always love to learn new things). I am beyond thrilled with the service I received and will definitely continue using this company.

Rafael is a great technician with Webb Air. He is timely, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. We will be asking for him by name from now on.

Brandon did a great job reviewing the app programing with my wife and I to get all thermostats on the same system. Brandon has serviced the system before we purchased the house early this year. It was nice for continuity to have the same service person.

Jerry Webb and his crew are the sharpest AC professionals I have ever dealt with. They continue to "WOW" me with their service, professionalism, knowledge and honesty. They have never tried to sell me stuff I don't need and always take the time to explain what I do need and why. Often they give me options which is great since even though I am a business, I do have a budget that I am working with. I can't give an AC contractor higher marks then I do this group. Thank guys.

Sunday, 5pm. As soon as I opened the backdoor I knew something was not functioning with a/c. Called Webb Air, after-hours (very pleasant) person took my information. No sooner did I hang up and received call from Jennifer to confirm problem and dispatch technician. Within 10 mins received text that technician Brandon was enroute. I barely had time to feed the dogs dinner! Brandon arrived promptly, identified the issue, replaced the capacitor as needed and was completed with everything and heading out by 6:15pm! SHUT THE FRONT DOOR, literally!!! This company is a success because of the people and their excellent communication, knowledge and care for their customers! Don't ever hesitate to contact them with your heating/HVAC needs, they are amazing!!!!! 😊

Brandon was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer questions and concerns we had with our system. He Keeps our unit operational with minimal upcharges beyond the service charge. Highly rccomend this company.

Brandon B. performed our annual service today. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He took time to explain about some odd noises coming from our A/C compressor but assured us that our system is working fine but that it won't last forever and explained how we can be proactive about planning for its eventual replacement. I appreciated his candor and explanation.
