He did a through systems check and took his time to fix the problem, he didn't rush at all, he didn't try to sell me or force me to upgrade anything. Honest, Professional Man. After calling and having a very pleasant and professional interaction with Jennifer Martin, the service technician, Rafael Elias, came to my home, ahead of the scheduled time window, and inspected my current HVAC ductwork at no charge to me. He was also very nice, extremely professional and showed me multiple camera views inside two air ducts in my house with his iPad. Sam Parr, who is the VP, even answered a few of the questions I had for Rafael while he was performing the inspection. Sam provided me with multiple quotes for renovating or replacing my current HVAC ductwork, and thus far, it has been a pleasure working with Webb Air. I trust their work will be just as good, if not better, than their knowledge, service and professionalism has been thus far.

These guys were awesome! Would recommend! I was late getting home for appointment and they were supper kind about waiting. They found a gas leak in attic, which I’m very thankful for!

Our experience with Webb Air was beyond phenomenal! Our A/C fan blew out amidst record high temperatures as we were trying to move in. We had two different people come out to look at our unit and were told that it would be weeks before we could have it fixed. We called Webb and they were at our house in a matter of two hours, explained the situation to us, diagnosed the root of the issue and was up front about what to expect. They were able to locate the part needed by the morning and came over quickly to fix the situation. Brandon was efficient, on time, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. We will forever use Webb!

Brandon did an exceptional job!! He was professional from the minute he arrived. He was very informative about what was happening with the system and what he was observing on the outside unit to fix it. He was also incredibly patient and thorough in giving me a tutorial on how to set up the app connected with the 2 main thermostats in the house. 5/5 stars, would recommend!

I have personally used Webb Air Heating & Cooling for 23 years at my current residence and at my previous home in Fort Worth several years before 1999 when we started on my current home. Literally I have been so grateful and pleased with everything the company has not only done for me but all my client's I have either used on my construction/remodel/design projects or just referred Webb to them. Being in Fort Worth almost all my life I am aware of other companies in the same business, but I personally feel Webb Air is superior and definitely stands behind their workmanship, equipment and professional standards. Finally I want to add a few names who have really helped me and my clients over the years - Sam (cannot say enough about him-huge kudos), Jason who truly takes such great care of my personal house and Pablo who is a key to helping on projects I have been associated with. If Anyone Wants A Great Company To Work With & For That Company To Look After You Personally Then Definitely Use Webb Air!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our AC was having issues. The house was so warm and the next day i was going to have a bunch of family over. I was still waiting for a call back from my home warranty people but in the meantime we saw a Webbs van down the street and went to ask the kind technician Rafael if he could come take a look after he was done with the other customer. He made a phone call to his boss and was over soon after that. Rafael was so nice and so speedy with the AC maintenance. He was able to fix the problem and even changed my filters out for me the same day! The house was instantly cooler and as I’m writing this today it’s still cool. I’m so grateful for Webbs and how they came and fixed the problem asap without an appointment. Very fair price too. I would recommend them to anyone in the Fort Worth area.

The technician from Webb Air, Rafael, was very professional and knowledgeable from the start. Through process of elimination and testing different portions of the unit, he was able to point out specific issues (while of course, not disregarding any additional issues). He left my unit temporarily running while a replacement for a faulty component arrives.

I am impressed by his professionalism and transparency while performing the repair. At this moment in time, I recommend this individual and the organization he is part of.
