Jason was a great tech, checking and tuning up our heat pump, and changing our air filter. Easy to do business with. I called this morning, and they came the same day.

On 4/26/23, Mark Mays came out and completed an A/C system maintenance. He was very thorough, but was not able to complete it because of the rain.
On 5/10/23, Charles Waters came out to finish the A/C system maintenance. Dianna Simon, the customer service representative, explained the process of the bill. It was very nice to have Dianna explain everything in a nice, professional and efficient way.
As a general comment, Charlene is another customer service representative who has helped out with issues in the past. Charlene is nice, friendly, efficient and professional. Please hire more people like Charlene and Dianna.

On 11/18/22 and 11/21/22, Anthony Montez came to our house to repair an issue with our HVAC unit. He was professional and efficient. He resolved our issue in a timely manner. He explained to us what was happening with the unit and kept us informed of the progress. Anthony Montez is the technician that you want to resolve your HVAC needs.

Daniel was really professional and was able to conduct my A/C maintenance and provided me a recap of everything he did and was really nice and great customer service!!!

Technician Jason was more than punctual, and performed the coil cleaning and filter replacement in a timely manner. He is also friendly and good with pets. Definitely received fine service.

An additional visit from Krystal and Jason months later was also very pleasant. It was a simple tuneup/checkup on the A/C unit, but they handled it quickly and without hassle. We also have numerous kittens in the house, and both interacted very well with them. They were polite and personable, and gave us an overall very pleasant experience that makes us want to continue using Stark Services.
