I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing multiple times. They are very responsive, top quality, and very thorough. I have become a member and now have a service contract with them. Brandon Hines is a great resource and has resolved all of my issues the first time. I highly recommend the company and service that they provide. Brian and Marcel are the BEST!! I can’t say enough about these gentlemen. Their maintenance inspection of my HVAC system was VERY thorough. They provided me with many options for system replacement. They even provided me with helpful information regarding my units that I can apply right now. They also replaced the filters for me. Thank you guys so much!! Hope to see you both next time.

Khy was super helpful and professional with a routine plumbing check and water heater flushing. He even offered some advice and help with an unrelated home project we had been working on while he was waiting for it to drain. Above and beyond!

Jason and Victor were awesome and very personable!!! Jason was really efficient in checking the heat pump, ducts, changing out my filter. Victor was great at checking the water heater, the attic insulation that was done a few months back and is really genuine about the products and services STARK can provide me in the future. Daniel was a great tech. He checked both HVAC units. One needed a pound of coolant. He showed me the temperature coming out of the vents before (65) and after (55) adding the coolant. Would definitely recommend.
