Ray and Yajary were the two AC technicians who installed my new unit. They arrived on time and were very professional and thorough in getting the job done right. They took the time to cleanup after the work was completed and explained how the new system worked including the warranty information. Starks should be grateful to have the two of them on their staff.

10/10 experience! Carlos, Clint, and Charles were very helpful in completing my issues in a fast and timely manner. They are very personable friendly people. The prices are GREAT and worth every penny. If I need a plumber in the future, Carlos will definitely be highly thought of in the future!

Jose Olivari and Oscar came to my home today to repair my air conditioner and I could not be more grateful or pleased. Daniel M. was absolutely fantastic! We were hosting a repast just after a funeral service, on the hottest day of the year, thus far. When we finally determined the air was not working, we called Stark Air. Daniel came to the house at 10:00 pm to service our unit. He was polite, respectful and went about inspecting the unit with quiet determination to fix it. I appreciate his honest assessment of the issue and professionalism. What a wonderful asset he is to Stark!! Thank you Daniel for getting the air fixed and even offering to follow up.

David Calles and Marcel came out and did a fabulous job on the review and Maintiance. Price was great and this is something everyone should think about doing. They are also going to get me a bid on upgrading my Thermostat to one I can program schedules into remotely. I’ve had that before at my last home and it was worth it.

Marcel and Manny performed an annual furnace checkup per my Advantage plan. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. They had advice on how to get the most life out of my system. I learned some good tips and enjoyed their visit immensely. Well done guys!

I called for services on a home I plan on investing in around the area. Stark was new to me so didn’t know much of everything they offered. But, Rep Krystal was very friendly, kind, her personality was just amazing and had a ton of patience on answering my questions and made it an overall great experience for me. I look forward to working with her.
