I'm very pleased with Stark services. I recently had maintenance performed on my AC/heating unit, and they sent out a technician, Daniel Munoz. He was so kind and patient, showing me what he was doing and walking me through the steps and whey they were important. He was very considerate and made things easy to understand.
If you are looking for an company to perform maintenance or installations, I highly recommend Stark. With quality technicians and friendly customer service, they make what is normally a stressful situation much easier. It is a relief to be their customer.
Had a bathtub faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Wife called Stark, and they immediately sent a tech to our house. When Austin arrived, he was very polite, friendly and professional. I was asking questions about what he was doing during the diagnostic, so I could fix the problem. He kindly explained what he was doing, how to do certain things, and was very helpful. Even after telling him that we weren’t going to have them fix it, he remained polite and professional. After having a rough start to our morning, I’m glad Austin was the one that got sent out to us, and made the bad situation easier
We got our plumbing service done by Brandon Hines from Stark and would highly recommend him. Did a great job and very professional and resolved our issue quickly.
Terrible communication on dispatches behalf. Waited till 10 minutes before appointment to let me know that they would not be able to perform work. After I told them extensively what the scope of work was. Dispatch really needs to have better communication. Totally unacceptable especially for commercial work.

Stark Services is very shady in their AC operations. Check their ratings on the Better Business Bureau site and you'll see it's not even 3 stars. Not all the technicians working for them are bad, but their system sends a sales guy with every call, and now doesn't even allow the technician to speak with the customer. The customer only gets to speak with the sales guy, who works purely on commission. This company pushes sales sales sales. They installed a "new" unit for my parents in 2020, but when the coil went out three years later, we found out that all the parts weren't under warranty, because Stark failed to fill out serial numbers in the warranty paperwork. On purpose. The "new" coil they installed with the unit was a 3rd party coil manufactured in 2013. So it was already aged upon install. And the manufacturing warranty for that coil is only covered if installed 6 years from the manufacturing date, which the company did not do. So they very specifically did not put warranties for the coil and various parts for 10 years, but did certain parts for only 2 years, or not even listed at all (like the coil). This is going to cost my parents thousands of dollars to fix, when they should have been guaranteed at least a part warranty for 10 years, and a labor warranty for 5, like the company supposedly promises. I don't know if the company would eat the cost of the repair due to their scammy paperwork because of the discount this unit was installed under, and unrelated bad blood with certain parties months after installation. But because of the VERY DELIBERATE way the paperwork was written to omit these warranties, we will NOT be contacting them for the repairs because we do not trust them and will never do business with them again. Stay away from Stark Services based on this business practice, and past experience of acquaintances who have found out Stark Services purposefully tried to void their warranty, as well as lying to customers about expensive parts they "needed to replace" when the fix was something very easy and cheap, found out by many of the HVAC companies called out for a second opinion. (Just read all the other negative reviews and complaints about the business and their operations.) This is not a negative review of the technicians who installed the unit. They did a fairly decent job. We just know it was the office that handled the paperwork and they knew exactly what they weren't doing. Management at this company in the Fort Worth branch is malicious.
This was my first experience with Stark Services and I was very impressed. David, Joe and Scott were very professional and thorough as well as arriving in their scheduled service window. Glad I called them!
