I highly recommend this company, they came out the same day I called. Morgan and Bryan were my techs, they identified the problem immediately and fixed it. This is my new company to call. Other companies could take a lesson from this one in customer service

Very considerate service man, and he found and fixed the problem, fix and replace air ducts. checked the tune ups for new air conditioning units, replaced the capacitor and gone in an hour. very cool.

I couldn't be more happy or pleased with the service that I received from TemperaturePro. Brandon was extremely courteous and professional every step of the way. He absolutely knows his information. I had thought based on the size of my home that I would need a 5-ton unit. Of course Brandon could have easily sold me one and received more money, but instead he explained in full detail to me why I didn't need such a large unit. Installation was quick and done very neatly. After installation I had to call because the house still felt a little humid. I had an immediate appointment the very next day. Nathan and Brandon both came out. They were both very thorough and took their time. With a little tweaking to the unit they made my house comfortable and cool. I highly recommend TemperaturePro to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

My ac went out this morning and i knew I had to call an ac company fast with all these days hitting 100 degrees plus. As today was Friday I was looking for a long very hot weekend.
The first company i called told me maybe next Wednesday. The second said the same thing but when i called Temperature Pro they said they would have a tech to my house in Keller within 1-2 hours and the techBryan showed up in an hour and a half and had my AC up and running in 2 hours

I hope my review will prevent other people from being overcharged and taken advantage of by Temperature Pro. They replaced the capacitor on my outside unit and charged me $580 to replace a $150 capacitor. The service guy took about 15 minutes to unplugged a few wires and plugged them back into the new capacitor. The service guy was at my house for less than an hour so I guess $430 of the $580 was charged for labor.

Cory Hatton was our technician and he was awesome. Cory was able to come early and was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great personality. Unfortunately, he had some bad news for me about my unit. This was not unexpected and Cory called for his supervisor to come out also to confirm his diagnosis of needing a new compressor. Jordan Thompson was also very professional and personable and a replacementunit was arranged. Your operation is very top notch from my experience.

Brandon Harvey, our sales professional, is truly amazing. We purchased a new unit yesterday, but it’s going to be 4-5 days before they can install it. In the meantime, the temperature in our house was quickly rising because it had been so hot outside. Luckily, Brandon was determined to temporarily repair our old unit so we could be comfortable in the meantime. He drove to their shop, after hours on a FRIDAY, then came back and installed the part himself. He didn’t leave our house until 9:45PM. Kudos to Brandon and the rest of the staff at TemperaturePro for providing such a high level of customer service!
