These guys replaced my AC unit and they did a fantastic job. First of all, one of the owners, Morgan, came with the crew to make sure they ordered all the right parts for the install. The owner suggested a better AC unit for my situation (a slimline unit), which worked out much better than what I had originally discussed with the other owner, The crew was very polite and mindful of my property. They all seemed like great guys. They did an outstanding job of keeping my property neat and clean.I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Plus, they were the least expensive of all the quotes I received. Definitely got my money's worth!

I went for their ac tune package. The guy came and hose the outside unit down..i asked him some technical questions he had 0 knowledge. i asked why my air handler unit in bathroom is dripping too much, then he realized he forgot to clean the drain pan for the inside unit which he charge me $150 extra to clean it which was like 2 min job. he left a big mess in my bathroom and left the pvc to drain untied. I do not recommend this to anyone. i paid 200 for this low standard service which anyone can do at their home watching YouTube videos. pathetic.

My air conditioner didn't work for a few months. I found a technician from other company to take a look, he just came to took pictures and said it had to be replaced. Bryan came today to check my air conditioner. To my surprise, he diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it by replacing a new thermostat which saved me a lot of money to replace it. Bryan is very professional, patient consultant and care about the customer's concerns, go extra miles to achieve the satisfaction of the customer. Definitely, TemperaturePro is one of the best Companys I have ever seen before, I would like to recommend to my friends for their services.

I used TemperaturePro for duct cleaning and filter services. The crew was punctual, extremely kind and professional and was very neat, clean and worked fast. They noticed all my vents were on backwards in the house so they took the time to fix all of them and open the vents so I could feel the air better. I had a great experience with TemperaturePro. They truly are great at what they do and go above and beyond. My AC went out and was not working in the middle of a heat wave of 100 degree weather. Morgan came and trouble shooted my AC unit, furnace and thermostat. He inspected everything and fixed the problem. TemperaturePro Arlington was one of three companies to bid on replacing our air conditioner. They sent Tony out who was very thorough in discussing our options. They were able to schedule us in and did the job in two days. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

My thermostat went blank yesterday but furnace was fine. Called TemperaturePro Arlington and was able to book an appointment for today. Bryan is the guy that just showed up today (literally 20 min ago). He is super professional and efficient, fixed the issue in less than 15min, explained the issue to me and gave me suggestions. Definitely recommended!
