One day my air conditioner suddenly stopped working, and it was really uncomfortable for me to sleep at night. The next day I contacted TemperaturePro to fix my AC. They came to my home and fixed my AC at a very minimal charge. I would recommend TemperaturePro to everyone facing any such AC issues!

So let me tell you a story. I was under the impression my A/C system came with my house and was now 18 years old. My system started losing freon and I had 4 different companies come out and tell me the same thing, replace my coil which was very expensive or replace my system. They all offered pros and cons of replacing the part compared to the system. 3 of the companies also used the age of the system as a reason to replace it but Temperature Pro was honest with me and informed me that my system was only 11 years old and even called Trane to see if maybe the system was installed after it was manufactured to see if a warranty still existed on it (it didn't because the previous owner never registered it with Trane). Temperature Pro gave me an estimate which fell in about the middle range of prices I was quoted and even offered several financing options. I left out of the country for two weeks and had a few more questions that Amber was happy to answer for me via e-mail since I didn't get roaming on my phone, she was even willing to use WhatsApp if I wanted to. Although I decided to pay cash, I chose this company due to them being friendly, thorough and honest. The other companies basically gave the same diagnosis but Temperature Pro stood out to me because of the honesty factor about the actual age of the system and the tech did everything possible to save me cash. Installation lasted about 5 hours and they cleaned up behind themselves. I would most definitely recommend them!

Came out to check my unit after a hail storm after my insurance company notice some damage. Looked at my units, saw some minor damage but not impairing the system so far. I appreciate that I was not sold on any unnecessary repairs and the honesty of the service technician.
