    I purchased a Trane AC unit June of 2020. I almost did not purchase through this company because of a few problema. The company sent Raymond out. I could tell Raymond did not like me asking questions about the longevity of the unit, warranty, the repair process, etc.
    After a few days went by, I realized, I did not hear from Raymond. So, I called Raymond and Raymond told me that they were going turn down the job and not move forward.
    I had never heard of this before. Because these were the guys whose quote for the Trane product came in less expensive than 6 other quotes, I had plans on moving forward with them.
    I then reached out to admin office, and that is when I got my first taste of Lyn. She's the wife. Boy oh boy, she gave the worst impression of a small business trying to do big things. She was the rudest face of a company I had ever encountered.
    My message made it to Wade, the owner. He appeared genuinely embarrassed by Raymond’s comments and really encouraged me to try to move forward with the company. Wade is the reason I purchased from Fox Mechanical.
    On Install day, I met Adam. Professional and an absolutely phenomenal communicator. Before he began, he told me what he was going to do, what the results would be and asked if I had any questions he could answer. He sure felt like comfort to a confused family making a large, expensive appliance purchase.
    After the install, Adam made sure I had every model and serial number necessary. He even waited as I copied and placed the documents in a sheet protector, occasionally pointing to important messages on the document

    Directly after the Texas winter storm, there was a buzz that everyone should have their major appliances looked after, especially their AC and Heating units.

    In late February I began reaching out to Fox Mechanical asking, REQuesting and BEGGING to have my unit looked at. Specifically, because of the winter storm. I was literally told NO. Surly, you would think my request was not ODD. The storm had units firing up and down every hour. Damage was inevitable. But still Fox Mechanical refused to come. My hands were tied because any service by any other HVAC company would null and void my warranty.
    This past June I began reaching out to Lyn...her again. Mind you prior to this reach out, I had been trying to get Lyn to help me get my unit registered. She kept saying she would do it but each time I called Trane...they had nothing. Instead of trying to be solution based, Lyn would just dig in with her smart-aleck comments, " Well, I don’t know what you want me to do" "Well l don't know what to tell you"
    Just a horrible face for a company.
    So back to the June request to have someone look at my unit, which now was having issues with the drip pan, water, rust etc.
    Three days in a row, I asked for a technician. She finally responds and says that I need to bear with her because she just had surgery on her knee. Now I can be sympathetic, but what does this personal injury have to do with my 4 months of request to have a service call? NOTHING.
    Through a promise to report Fox Mechanical/Lyn to their regulating body, I finally got a ticket. Adam would show Monday between 3PM – 5PM
    Adam phones me with the nicest and most reassuring voice to let me know that he would be coming to look at my unit. He went so far as to listen to my frustrations, acknowledge them and then transitioned to asking me detailed questions about my concern. He stayed in constant contact with me even after Lyn sent him to my street address in a completely different city over an hour away.
    Adam arrived, and got right to work, hot and tired, he still took the time to point things out to me and answer all of my question. Adam loves his job, he really enjoys being able to make a difference in his customers lives.
    Adam is the kind of person you want in your corner. You are winning if you have him there. He is detailed, he is kind, he is informative and above all he is professional.

    Fox Mechanical replaced both my furnace and A/C units, on June 16th. Wayne was the representative and gave me the best quote and warranty, that others couldn't match. Jose and his crew arrived at the house on time and work was completed on the same day. They were very clean and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone, great company and working crew.

    The folks at Fox Mechanical provide excellent service. They responded quickly to my phone call, were able to come to my house the next day to look into our problem, and came back very quickly to make the repairs/install new equipment. They were very professional and courteous, and truly cared about the service they were providing. The prices were very fair as well. I highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

    Horrible Service and do not follow through with warranty. I had 2 new units and all new duct work done. Problems and more problems!!! They fixed the first few issues, but then would not return our phone calls. We had to pay another company over $6,000 to fix the wiring and get parts fixed on the units. DO NOT USE them!!! Wayne will tell you a great price, but never follow through with making sure that the quality of work is delivered.

    This company installed our new ac in 2019. Josh was our installer and he was great. AC quit working last week - Eric came out and worked on it. It finally cooled down about midnight that night. The next day it was not cooling again - we left a message with Eric and Fox Mechanical. Never heard back from anyone. We left for out of town last Friday and just got back today (Monday) around 2:30 pm. When we got home ac was not working at all. Called and left a message w both Eric (also texted Eric) and Fox Mechanical around 3 pm - it is now 10 pm - it is 88 degrees in our house and we are having to spend the night at a hotel - still have not heard from anyone at Fox Mechanical.

    Great Experience!! They came in, installed 2 new units, both inside and out in a day!! In sales, ask for Raymond and our installer was Will. Wonderful service and made sure we were taken care of!! Definitely 5 stars and we highly recommend Fox Mechanical.

    Thank you Fox Mechanical! We were without a/c for quite a few months. A few companies come out to provide quotes, but they were quite expensive. The other companies were trying to charge for every little thing, but couldn't explain why we needed certain things. Raymond, from Fox Mechanical came and explained what we needed and what we didn't. He really knew his stuff! As my husband and I reviewed his quote, he was patient. Raymond further explained when we had questions and doubts, because this was going to be a big investment, we had a lot of questions. Two days later, we had our new a/c installed and it was Memorial Day! The install team was respectful of our home and installed quickly. Now we're enjoying a cold home!

    Good price !. The work done by Tito and Adam installing the A / C in my house was very professional, every moment they explained details about what they were doing, very patient and polite. Working with Raymond was exceptional, he knows his job, although I would have liked him to be present the day of the installation for introduce his team.

    Raymond came out to see us on a Sunday, was very thorough in his explanation of what they were offering, and gave us a very competitive price. We selected Fox Mechanical for a Trane system, they came the day they promised, and the system was installed in four hours. Excellent work!
