Tyler completed our Spring tune-up very professionally. He found that our compressor was drawing too many amps so I had a compressor savor installed. I was very happy with Tyler.

Just bought the unit in April. First service call july4 holiday. Call they sent out the tech he could not fixit,they sent someone else who did a temp fix install tech came said there was a leak,fixed. Called them July 19th 110 degrees out side not cooling tech came put some felon in said they could get the part today. Everybody been vary helpful tring to get this fixed.

Dennis was on time and courteous, and performed a thorough inspection of the HVAC system. He then took the time to explain his findings and recommendations.

My mother has been a client of Comfort for about 14 years and her fairly new unit recently went out. She has been without A/C for about an entire month now in 100 degree weather with no updates from Comfort on when the parts needed to fix the unit will be available. When she asks customer service for an update, she gets a routine response each time of “we’ll get back to you when we know” with no call in return. One specific response from an unprofessional manager, Sandy, responded to her with “all I can tell you is I do not know”. Her home has now reached 90 degrees with one window unit. While I understand there are supply chain issues, my elderly mother is in her 60’s with severe health problems. I can’t imagine that other customers have been left without a solution for a month in this Texas heat.

Looking at other 5 star reviews, I am disappointed that my mother is experiencing this issue with Comfort. Please help mitigate this situation.

I’m always hesitant to go with bigger companies, but this was a wonderful experience they were fast prompt and very thorough. And the price was amazing Jordan Neal was a great tech.

They do great work. We have used them for years.

Hobson/Comfort Experts is always wonderful, responsive, professional and explains what they are doing with options. They don't just say its "kaput." We went through lots of known HVAC companies and found Hibson/Comfort Experts to be the best!

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to do a thorough examination of the system. He provided a very long and expensive list of improvements.
