Service was ok. Serviceman was more focused on selling duct cleanings at very high price of $4200. Communication was good. Arrived in Timely manner. But I felt the tuneup service they offered was not useful at all for me.

I am very impressed with Comfort Experts Inc. My trusted A/C contact has recently retired so I reached out to Comfort Experts Inc. from a quick Google search. Shay answered my call, answered my questions, and quickly got me scheduled. I had same-day service by Ryan who was thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. Love the professionalism and organization of this company. I’ll be calling them again.

Awesome, convenient, professional and super fast service! We called Comfort Experts on Wednesday, they had someone come out to do an evaluation on our AC unit and house the same day. Ordered a new unit that day and two days later it is installed!!!!! Highly recommended!

We call them every 6 months for an A/C filter change. This time our technician was Joel. He took his time cleaning our outer unit, checking it for issues, then up in our hot attic changing the filter and double checking that everything is working smoothly and that there's nothing growing up there, no water in the pan, etc. We like these guys. They are clean, prompt and thorough. Thank you!
