AC Genius

My scheduled appointment was between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Yaz arrived at 10:15 (YAY!). My appointment was for a 'checkup' of my AC unit. Yaz was thorough, he answered my questions, and only concern was the ducts needed cleaning (he will send me an estimate). A personable young man (yes and no ma'am!) who, after checking the outside unit, could not take a bottle of water as per company policy! Comfort Experts lets think about changing that policy! Was very pleased with the service and the tech!

Joel was very polite and good to work with. He patiently explained what he was doing and how to deal with this if it happened again. Recommend highly.

Mark W and his sidekick (also named Mark!) were very helpful and pleasant. They got right to work, found the problem quickly, and provided me with options for replacement of our hot water heater. Another plus is financing is available for those larger price items. Thank you Mark and Mark!

Joe and Sergio were awesome. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional. Joe was very knowledgeable about the new AC system and got us up and running.

Jo and Sergio were on time and worked as a team to to expertly install my new AC unit. Fast, efficient and very respectful. Great job! Danny came and explained exactly how the installation and clean up were going to go and never acted like a sales guy which goes a long way me being that I'm in sales. Last but not least was Jordan. He was the first person that I met and showed up professional and educated to give a great first impression for this company. All around cudos. Great job!

Farm out work to other AC companies Dealt with Comfort Experts/Hobson A/C. Homeowner bought A/C a year before I bought house, Warranty is voided and they wont repair system they installed Technician came out to clean drain and push button on wet switch $179. FIxed for 3 hours. Then happened again ( drain needed to be cleaned) He came out again the next day to finally clean the drain out. Never even got in attic.... charged another $283. Spent a total of $462 to clean out drain and wiggle a wire. No parts or upgrades. Disappointment.

Joe and Sergio were very thorough and professional. They kept me updated and went above and beyond. Upon installation, everything was explained to me. They are helpful and hardworking!

Kellen M was great! I was able to be seen same day for maintenance and able to get all repairs fixed before it became a bigger problem! They also loved all my doggies!
