I called Fred to arrange a time to get the air ducts in my new home cleaned. Bryer Air Duct Cleaning were able to pencil me in that same week! They showed up about 15 minutes early and were friendly and efficient. They walked me through their process and answered all of the many questions I had. Their services will be recommended to all of my family and friends.

George and his team were fantastic. They were able to come out right away and give me a quote for the service we needed, as well as schedule us for the same day. After they finished George took some time to explain what he saw and had recommendations on what we could do with the small ducts in our home. Fred and team were prompt and efficient. Finished our air ducts in about 2 hours. He tested our dryer and said it was fine without cleaning at this time. I would highly recommend Bryer Air Duct Cleaning. He came next day, very punctual, very professional and courteous of our house and very reasonable compared to others. Didn't try and up charge at all and was very honest. All the time explaining any questions I had with a smile and with no urgency to get to the next appointment. My son has asthma. I enlisted there service to assist me in clearing my ducts as I don't have the equipment to clean them myself. A couple of months prior I cleaned my own intake vent. All I needed was my vacuum. I was told "the hard part was already done." Anyway I was charged $600 and 15 minutes later they where all done after pumping some chemical into my intake and called it "sanitized". I've been trying to get ahold of someone in the company to discuss this matter, and no one will return my calls. My vents still look dirty my son's asthma got worse the that morning of spraying. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. All I know I was ripped off for the amount of money I spent vs the service I'd expected.
