Having your AC go out in the middle of August in Texas is never fun. Thanks to Vann Ness Heating and Air, we were scheduled and cool again in a couple of days. Vann Ness handled my AC and Heating needs in a very timely and professional manner. The motor on our 22 year old unit had gone out and it was time for a new one. Michael was extremely helpful on choosing a new system for me and my family. Michael and the staff at Vann Ness made the whole process seamless.

Michael does regular inspections on our systems. When an issue arises, he advises us and gives us options. Today, we had a new system installed for downstairs. The work was done in timely, professional manner and gives us a new system of higher air quality. If you need someone who has integrity, Van Ness HVAC is your answer.

Our heat went out on one of the coldest nights in Mesquite. We looked into Nextdoor to find recommendations and decided on Van Ness Heating and Air. I called this company the next morning thinking hopefully we get a technician out in a day or so. They gave me an appointment with an estimated time of 2 to 4 hours. Michael the technician was at our home while we were traveling to get there. He performed the work in a timely manner, very politely made suggestions for the future but did not try to push anything extra on us. The work was reasonably priced and he was so professional. Great experience. I hooked up this company with my parents a couple of years ago and they did an outstanding job at a great price. They were very nice and had follow up visits to ensure performance and customer satisfaction. The new unit and duct work was completed in one day. It's working great and our house is cold again. Honest, responsive and cares about our community. Had to get a my entire HVAC system replaced which was a big expense. Michael gave me options and consulted me on all the different options.
