We've had Michael performing the twice-annual service for our HVAC system for several years. Absolutely dependable and the best. Excellent communication of what is the situation with the system each time he is here. Wouldn't trade his expertise for anything.

Van Ness Heating and Air did and excellent job on my service call. I had a knocking noise from my Heating/AC overflow drain pipe and Michael diagnosis and fix the problems and the noise is gone and my unit is running smoothly. In addition during the service call he point out a roof vent that was loose and did a carbon monoxide check to make sure everything was okay. Great Job and thanks for the service
