Helped me with purchase of new unit for my upstairs when the old one in my home in Dallas died suddenly. He spent a great deal of time with me to explain my options. His team did excellent work during the installation.

I was running late and did not arrive until 5 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. Before my arrival, Mr. Van Ness identified the problem with the outdoor AC unit, and fixed the problem within minutes. Probably the best experience I have had with AC repair.
