I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this business. They were timely, polite, responsive, and his goal was for us to spend as little money as possible. This is a local business with honest and trustworthy people. This type of business is a rarity these days. I highly recommend you use them. You will not regret it and neither will your wallet. We will use Lake City Service for all of our A/C needs moving forward.

Just had my checkup on one system and they saved me a big bill for what could have been a blown compressor on my 4 ton.
I really thought I changed the filters on that unit, but had not, and they caught my mistake, I was thinking of the other unit, these were really bad.
CLOGGED FILTERS can cost you THOUSANDS in a blown compressor.
Also they did a repair on the three ton for a very fair price and it is running good now.
I have known Jeff and his service at Lake Cities for 20 years. They are honest (RARE these days) ALWAYS do excellent work, go above and beyond , and my system he installed then is still running good.

Lake City always does a great job. They don't look for things to charge you for. I even signed up for their preventive maintenance program for my HVAC units. Three generations says a whole lot about the family and the business. Highly recommend them.

Danny Gappinger and David Parks replaced our main house air conditioner last year. They were both very professional, and answered all our questions completely and honestly. I was extremely impressed with their prompt service, and high quality workmanship. They serviced our other 2 units as well, and we were never pressured to buy any unnecessary parts. Our other units are getting old, but they did not try to sell us new units. Jeff Gappinger, the owner, gave us a great price, and made sure we were happy with our experience. A/C died on a hot summer day. Called over and they said they would have someone over in 1.5 hours. 30 minutes later Jeff showed up, fixed the issue and got the house cooling again.

Jeffrey was great! He came out on a Friday evening and then again in the middle of the recent inclement weather to make sure we had heat. He was professional and responsive even in bad weather conditions. Would highly recommend using this company for your repairs.
