Honest Home Services AC Repair

I did preventative maintenance on my units with them, and then later had them fully replace one of my AC units. They’re knowledgeable and genuine, and you’ll be happy that you used them. I had an issue with one of my units a couple weeks after they did maintenance, and they were out the next day to fully evaluate/correct everything. They’re definitely a contractor that cares about customer satisfaction and not simply just getting a single sale.

This is my and my husband’s first time using Honest Home Services, and we had a wonderful experience!

Around this morning I noticed our thermostat screen didn’t have power.
We read the reviews about Honest Home Services and thought we should give them a try. I am truly grateful for the wonderful feedback and reviews from their customers.

We called Honest Honest Services and had Jake come over to our house within 30 mins. Jake was professional, very thorough, and he explained and showed us what was going on with our air conditioning unit. Plus, our cats loved him!

The experience was wonderful, My husband didn’t have issues with scheduling a technician to come over to our house. Jake came over in a timely manner and finished everything, he already had the parts he needed. The price was reasonable and he explained the cost break down.

My husband and I will definitely use them again, and we are for sure loyal customers to Honest home services!

My wife and I work opposite schedules, and she contacted me that she had just returned home from some running around to find the AC not working. The temp was 96 outside, and it was right at about noon. I contacted Honest home services asking if they had any availability to get a technician out to give the system a once-over. The pleasant lady on the other end of the phone said she could have someone head that way right then if that would work for us.

I left the office (I work about 25 minutes from home) and the technician was already at the house, working on the unit by the time I got home. He was very personable, explained everything clearly, broke down the issue for us, and had everything back together and working within a couple hours. The price was very reasonable and fair. From what I can see this company lives up to the principles they are founded upon.

I cannot say enough good things about Honest Home Services! If you are looking for a heat and air company, stop your search now and give them a call. From my initial call, they were kind, professional & quick to come out to determine the problem with our A/C system. They were able to come back the very next day to replace the coil and the system has been running great ever since. They were very thorough & knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on a brand new system, but did give great advice on things to consider in the future. We will be using Honest Home Services for any future needs and definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends. A great company with great people working there. Thank you all so much!

Called this company at 7pm next morning they were at my home at 8am sharp. The lead installer I believe his name was Eder was very polite and and explained in great detail what they were doing.. Highly recommend this company thanks to the owners Justin and Colton and the installer‘s it was a very pleasant experience.

On a 100 degree day our AC went out at the shop and I gave these guys a call. We had a new AC and an honest assessment of our duct system on the same day. They are a great deal for the A+ level of service and communication. Highly recommend these guys. We have a new AC company.

We're very pleased after our two unit replacement. A solid company. They're prompt, careful, and thorough. They know their stuff and are excellent communicators. They dealt with a few unexpected challenges during the installation with utmost professionalism. Nice people too. We recommend.

We came home on Sunday to our house being 86 degrees inside. I immediately called Colton Edwards over at Honest Home Services and he assured me he would get one of their techs out. Colton was very kind and purchased a window unit for me and my grandson so we would be comfortable and cool until a tech was able to come out. I received a call the next morning and the young lady that called to schedule the appointment was very kind, and professional and got me all set up for the following morning. Jake showed up around 9 the next morning and was very thorough, professional, and kind. He informed me of the problem and what he would be replacing to get us up and running again. I would highly recommend Honest Home Service's for all of your Heating and Air conditioning needs. They were absolutely Awesome!

Andre installed a condenser at 11PM at night and did an amazing job! Our system is working great now!
