This is a small and outstanding HVAC/AC company that's about a year old. I know the owner personally and he runs his business with integrity. The services are of very high quality and extremely affordable. They're very down to earth and don't push you to into unneeded repairs or upgrades. And they're on time and pleasant to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend them. They'll take good care of you!

Justin was incredibly kind to come out in icy road conditions to evaluate our heating unit as we were freezing in our house at 43° in the middle of a rare North Texas snow storm. After concluding our unit needed to be replaced, he stayed diligent in search for a warehouse that would open, as most were closed due to the in-climate weather, for him to get our unit and get it installed ASAP. When Justin was able to get the unit, he and his his crew showed up on time, were very professional, efficient, and personable. While evaluating the ducts for the new unit, they noted a duct in the master bedroom was small and wouldn’t provide maximum efficiency so they added a duct and vent to improve air circulation. Justin and his crew were incredible!

I am required to get 2 separate bids from my company. The first company that came out stated that we needed to replace both units in our building because they were beyond repairs at a cost of $15,000+ Mind you both units were still blowing out air, just not cold air. My second call was to Honest Home Services. Justin and Colton came out within a day and gave us a quote for repairs and fixed it on the spot. Any other company knowing we were recently told that both units would need to be replace would have agreed just to make more money off of us. Not these guys. I am so grateful that there are still HONEST companies out there. Thank you Justin and Colton for your honesty, knowledge, and for getting us up and running again. You have gained a lifetime customer

I was recently having trouble with our AC not cooling down our home after months of winter. I was able to quickly make an appointment with these guys and even have them come out during my lunch break. What I like is that that they kept me informed as to when they were heading my way and once they arrived they worked very quickly to figure out the problem.

Turns out there the fault was in our thermostat and they were even able to help me call in warranty and order a replacement for me.

Colton even followed up after and made sure if everything was working afterwards. Great guys and they truly are Honest!

We had honest come out yesterday when our AC went out and it was 86 in our home that we just bought. They didn’t have anyone available so the owner came out and took a look at everything. Our unit had gone out and he personally replaced it for us! We had other issues from the previous home owners that he addressed for us as well. It’s not every day that a company is willing to go above and beyond to make sure a family is taken care of. Colton, you will have our families business for a lifetime. Thank you for being our heroes!

I love everything about this company! From the professional experience to the personal care! These guys not only are well qualified in every aspect of the HVAC needs of any home or buisness…they will take the personal approach at explaining everything so someone that is not can understand. I personally have used them on several different occasions for different services..I have also recommended them to many others and not once have I been disappointed and have received nothing but high praises from those I’ve recommended them to.
