Justin Dodson and his entire crew did an exceptional job from the beginning evaluation and proposal to the end with them sweeping up inside my house where needed. They also brought 2 window AC units to keep us comfortable while we waited a couple days for the work to take place! Everyone was very respectful and careful about their work at our home. We will definitely use Honest Home Services again in the future!

They braved multiple challenges in finding resolution for my A/C problems (after two other companies had failed to fix or fully identify the problems at hand) and Justin and his team solved everything after so much digging and effort. The best part is they stuck with clear and expected pricing and helped even warranty a big part of the repairs (which only saved me more) and made the whole experience feel like 5 star family relationship hookup! Our AC went out last night (Friday) and Reliant said they couldn't come until Monday!! Saturday morning someone recommended I reach out to Justin with Honest Home Services. Highly recommend this company. Called them out because our unit wasn't working properly, Justin had us back up and running the same day. Our coil was dirty from forgetting to change our filter, and he even went out of his way and got us a new box of filters. Their name truly fits their character.

Jamee the technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed what was wrong with unit and upgraded the repair so as not to have the problem again. The repair cost was minimal, shorted wire on drain. Another well known company missed diagnosed the problem and wanted to sell me a whole new unit. Cannot express again how really honest this company is.
