Technician was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. Was very willing to explain what and why he was performing each task.

I had two unique needs, purchase and install a Breezair evap and install a direct vent fireplace for my home. I first pursued the Breezair job with Don. Don was responsive, on time, and provided a good thorough estimate within a reasonable amount of time. All my questions (and I had many) were answered. Alex and his team of installers did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, kept me informed on their progress and cleaned up after themselves. I contacted the office three months later to report a fault indication on the controller panel. The office staff contacted Alex and he responded within the same day and cleared the blockage and the fault. Totally satisfied with their work and responsiveness I then contacted Don again for the next job (fireplace install). Don brought along Raul for the estimate and again I was presented with a reasonable cost estimate. Julian and his assistant Angel accomplished the install with the same professional care and detail I witnessed on the Breezair job. I highly recommend this business.

Went from 3 maintenance visits to 2 for the same price, almost a 50% increase without warning. Unfair

Found the issue(s) gave me estimates and options, took care of it immediately with great results. Showed up on time as well.

The tech explained all the work on he was doing. Provided advice on maintenance of the ac and water heater.

Tech Isaiah was very polite, though, efficient, and explained all that was done in detail I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him to come service my unit again

We highly recommend Mechanical Technologies. Daniel has been out to our house a few times. He has always been on time, professional, and has done great work. He found a leak in the evaporator coil. He replaced it (which turned out to be more of a pain than expected) for a reasonable cost. When we informed them that this didn't fix the problem, Daniel was back the next day (even during a really hot busy time in summer), found another leak that was slow enough that it was not detected the first time, fixed it, and recharged the system for no additional cost. I would gladly do business with this company for any of our HVAC needs.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with mechanical technologies. Started ac conversion on June 30th. The went mostly smooth but the electrical upgrade has been a nightmare. They are STILL not done so I will come back and give full/final review once that is finally done. Absolutely terrible company when it comes to communicating. Lots of headache could've been avoided with proper communication and proper planning.
