This company was recommended by my neighbor and judging from the reviews I read I must have been one of the customers that “fell through the cracks”. Our system simply stopped working and called them. They quickly found the problem and the tech advised we would be called to advise when the part would be ordered and when to expect it in. That’s where everything fell apart. Three weeks later and not a single call from them; We had to initiate every single call, not once did we hear from them. We finally got things on track but had to really get stern, ask to speak to a supervisor and all. Hate doing that but really not a positive experience for a first time customer!

Daniel is the best. He is very knowledgeable on HVAC systems and is very complete and thorough. Mech tech is fortunate to have a person like Daniel.
