5 Stars for Tyler, his assistant, and Mechanical Technologies! My air conditioner was not cooling so I gave Mechanical Technologies a call. They quickly set up an appointment and Tyler and his partner showed up the following day. The technicians were very knowledgeable and quickly located and fixed the problem. Tyler was friendly and answered all my questions. I was especially pleased that without questioning anything, Mechanical Technologies honored the warranty on my unit and completed all work without requesting payment. Thank you!

Rudy was a great service technician. He was on time and professional. He explained how our system works. We are Happy to have the service plan for the heaters and air conditioners. It pays to have that service. Will use them again!

The office called to let me know the service technicians were on their way & they arrived on time. The technicians cleaned & serviced the HVAC unit as well as fix a problem that had occurred. Once finished they cleaned up after themselves & asked me if I had and questions or concerns (I appreciate that).
I feel like they did a great job & will continue to recommend them.

Daniel did a PROFESSIONAL Inspection, he explained the procedure thoroughly.
His work ethic made me feel confident to say " YES" to the repairs on my Refrigerated AC unit.

On repair day, Daniel was on time and ready to work. He explained what he was about to do and went at it.

Upon completion, he was happy to say
"Windows can be closed now, COLD AIR COMING IN"
My house is back to a Goooood temperature again.

The company was quick to set up appointments to explain the work need to be done. Went over options and prices help me get the best options for my home. All the workers were great professionals and explained everything that was going on and the next steps in the process I had the entire house HVAC system redone and it’s amazing.

Made an emergency appointment they scheduled me for 3 days after the call was made. When the day was here they did not show up they did not communicate with us about this and when we called they pushed the time back 2 hours then when the two hours came up still nothing. I wouldn’t call them unless you want to waste a whole afternoon waiting around for them in a hot house.

I had problems with my HVAC system. Ricky from Mechanical Technologies responded within 24 hours. He was professional, on time, and did a great job cleaning my system.

The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the problem and what would be needed for the repair. We appreciate the timely service.

This was a very time consuming and frustrating install. Only one person was send for the job. The first part took 9 hours and the second part on a separate day took over 7 hours. The whole house installation wasn't able to be done completely as the installer couldn't find the main water supply. So was just installed on the hot water heater. Justin was very polite and helpful but he could have used an assistant.
