    Once my issue was found they quickly got my motor replaced, prompt response and my part was covered under warranty which saved me major bucks.Courteous and professional service.

    I put one star at first because it stopped working within 10 days but Jerry came and fixed it. I can't seem to delete the rating so I'll leave it at 3 and maybe edit it to 4 if there's no further issues

    I had used Barrett for about 14 years at 4 residences. I was very satisfied, but the last 3 years or so they consistently tell me I need things replaced that they have replaced themselves a few months prior on the same 5 year old unit. One year I paid nearly $1000 in repairs and replacements. The next year nearly $600. This year they said I needed to replace several of the parts I just replaced last year. Additionally, I would have to go buy the parts and make another appointment for them to replace. Oh, and they never gave me a quote. Said I would get a call. Never did.

    I set an appointment for a morning appointment for my rental house. They were set to get there between 8-12 but they never came I called at 12:30 said they were running behind but I was next. I called again at 3:30 because they hadn’t shown up yet. Dispatched claimed the tech arrive but the tenets refused service. I never got a call 30 minutes prior to them showing up so I seriously doubt my tenets would refuse service to an a/c tech when hot in the house and 100+ degrees outside. Again I’m next on the list to get service. Dispatch said they would call the tech then call me back with the status of the appointment. I called back at 4:15, dispatched said they left a message with the tech but hadn’t received an answer and they would call me back. Never got a call back the whole day. I called after-hours At 5:25 and the messaging service forwarded my number to the on call tech, and never got a call back.

    Of all the quotes I got to fix my air conditioner, Barrett gave me the best price. And the technician did an excellent job repairing the unit. They now have a customer for life.
