Chad, was very informative and professional. We called in for a repair service and they were able to come out on the same day. Chad got my unit to work again.

Marco was highly efficient, courteous, and professional. what i thought was a routine switching over to heat turned out to be a repair job. he was awesome getting my old unit up and running again.

It took awhile to get the part, but once it arrived Barrett was on it. Leo, the repairman had the unit up and running quickly. He was very professional and clearly competent. I'll always go to Barrett for my hvac service.

Robert (tech), Sonia & Jasmine (office) are amazing!!!! My rental currently has a swamp cooler and Barrett has repaired/rebuilt it for me.
