I'd give this business and it's owner zero stars if possible. The only reason I ever dealt with this company is because they were contracted by my home builder. Less than a year into owning my home, I had to call my builder to schedule service because one of my refrigerated air units was not pushing out cold air. Justin and Innovair sent out a couple of technicians who ended up refilling my unit with refrigerant as it “was really low.” Not even being an HVAC expert I knew this was not normal and I asked the technicians if there was a leak in the line causing a loss of refrigerant. Their response? “Honesty bro, I don’t think there’s a leak.” Low and behold, another year down and another year with no cold air coming from that unit. I had to call another HVAC company to come out and inspect the unit since Innovair is clearly incompetent and can’t diagnose a leak. I offered Innovair and Justin the chance to make things right by having their tech come out and inspect/repair the unit. I called him on a Tuesday and he assured me someone from the office would call me shortly after our discussion. The call never came. I text Justin, no response. I called the office the next day and after giving them my name they knew I was calling as instructed so by my builder - what a coincidence right? Justin then sends me a text shortly after my telephone call letting me know the service call would be $95 and asked what time I would be available that evening. I asked him to give me a time they’d be available and I’d be sure to be home. No response, no one ever showed up. I’m done with this company and it's joke of an owner in Justin. You had every chance to make this right and you completely dropped the ball. I’d urge you, review-reader, to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY as you can unless you appreciate your time being wasted and misinformation.
Update to their response: clearly reading comprehension isn’t a strong suit of this owner either because #1, never did I imply Innovair installed the unit but were obviously contracted by my builder to service the unit when I called under warranty (take your personal grievances up with them) and #2, never did I imply my home was still under warranty or that I refused to pay out of pocket for the services I was requesting to be rendered and lastly, #3 no I am not an expert and had to have another HVAC technician come out and diagnose the issue only to have my suspicion confirmed - but hey, who are they right? But please, continue coming up with excuses to justify wasting people’s time. I’ve already hired another HVAC contractor who laughed the moment I mentioned you and your company’s name. Justin is already well known around the HVAC-contractor circles in town as being a joke.
Overall great experience hit a few snags during install and it took a bit longer than I was told but that was the best part everything was handled quickly and courteously when a problem did come up

Called for a service at 1pm... when their hours are posted till 5pm. No one was available because all technicians had gone home for the day. It’s 100* and power has been going out everywhere in town this week messing up people’s AC units and this company just closes when it wants and lets people off work hours before closing.
Why have posted hours if you don’t have anyone available?
Explained the issues and options with old system. I had many questions as I am not an expert and this is the 1st time we replace the system They addressed my concerns and questions. Thank you Justin
